What you'll do
- Own end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) / Run Operations delivery for enterprise applications
- Manage production support, incident, problem, and change management while ensuring SLA/KPI adherence
- Lead customer governance, stakeholder management, escalations, and service review meetings
- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, automation, and service stability initiatives
- Manage delivery teams, resource planning, capacity management, and basic financial/governance activities
