What you'll do
- Lead SAP ABAP ECC technical design, development, implementation, and support across multiple SAP modules
- Manage and deliver RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) adhering to SAP best practices
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Lead ABAP development teams, conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior developers
- Drive project planning, effort estimation, risk management, performance optimization, and production support activities
