What you'll do
- Configure, implement, and support SAP FICA/RMCA solutions tailored to business and utility industry requirements
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Manage integrations between SAP FICA, IS-U, FI, CO, and external systems, including data migration activities
- Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system stability and compliance
- Prepare functional documentation, conduct user training, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support project delivery activities
