What you'll do
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules
- Design and configure - Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
- Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
- Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
