What you'll do
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Recruiting and Onboarding processes
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0)
- Design and maintain requisition templates, job application templates, offer approval workflows, and onboarding programs
- Configure candidate experience, recruiting marketing integrations, and onboarding activities
- Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisition, candidate selection, offer management, and new hire onboarding
