What you'll do
- Lead and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash cycle including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM) for seamless integration and issue resolution
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in business processes
