What you'll do
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementations, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and service processes
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP Service Management solutions, including service orders, service contracts, warranties
- Configure and integrate SAP Service Management with related modules such as SD, MM, PM/EAM, CS, and Fiori applications within the S/4HANA landscape
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions, testing, training, and post-go-live support
