What you'll do
- Design workflows, approval processes, email notifications, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for administrators, instructors, learners, and managers
- Upload and manage content (SCORM/xAPI), instructor-led training (ILT), virtual sessions, version control, scheduling, and content deactivation
- Troubleshoot system or user issues, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with technical teams or SAP support
- Develop, schedule, and maintain dashboards and reports using Ad Hoc, Online Report Designer (ORD), Canvas, People Analytics, BIRT/PRD
- Deliver user training, develop end-user guides, and provide ongoing functional support
