About the role
We are seeking experienced SmartCOMM Developers to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing customer correspondence, document generation, template design, and integration with enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Develop and customize interactive, batch, and on-demand communications
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using SmartCOMM (Smart Communications)
- Create and manage communication templates, forms, letters, statements, and customer correspondence
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand communication requirements
- Configure business rules, content libraries, reusable templates, and document workflows
