- Lead end-to-end transition activities including KT planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet transition deliverables
- Track and report transition progress to stakeholders
- Manage transition financials and support RFPs from a solutioning perspective
- Travel for client/vendor engagement as needed
