Workday Architect

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM professional with extensive experience in IT and Human Capital Management. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Workday implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects, while driving HCM transformation initiatives for global clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery assurance, managing client expectations, and guiding teams through complex Workday programs.

What you'll do

• Play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery assurance, managing client expectations, and guiding teams through complex Workday programs
• Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (minimum 5 completed projects)
• Drive HCM transformation initiatives, including business process optimization, testing, data migration, and integration methodologies
• Provide delivery assurance by overseeing project governance, risk management, and quality standards
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design scalable Workday HCM solutions
