What you'll do
- Be working with a team of a highly passionate, self-driven and committed group of people
- Planning of officers on vessels as per the relief status, matrix requirements and other criteria of company selection
- Keep in touch with the candidates on leave and obtain information regarding their availability and re-joining
- Follow up with Branches and at times double checking Availability with Candidates
- Following Ex hand Candidates to know their rejoining plans, expiring documents, revalidation documents
