About the role
The organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of digital products aimed at advancing financial inclusion, with a particular focus on underserved markets such as rural India.

- Prepare and maintain user stories, process flow diagrams, and supporting documentation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital products and processes
- Liaise with technology teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately scoped, appropriately prioritized, and correctly implemented
