About the role

As a CCE in the Collections | FOS department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collections process. Your primary focus will be on managing and resolving customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collections, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

What you'll do

• Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collections process
• Manage and oversee the collections process for assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and agree on payment plans with customers, ensuring a fair and reasonable approach
• Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions
• Identify and escalate potential issues or disputes to the relevant teams for resolution
