Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our CLM Domestic Diversified – Outbound team. The CCE will be responsible for initiating outbound communications, nurturing client relationships, and driving adoption of our contract lifecycle management solutions.
What you'll do
- Responsible for initiating outbound communications, nurturing client relationships, and driving adoption of our contract lifecycle management solutions
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate CLM solutions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly
