About the role
The MIS Executive will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and presenting operational data for the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office team. This role ensures accurate reporting, drives process improvements, and provides actionable insights to enhance customer care performance and overall business efficiency.
What you'll do
- Responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and presenting operational data for the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office team
- Collect, validate, and maintain daily transaction and performance data from multiple sources
- Generate and distribute standard MIS reports (e.g., SLA, productivity, quality) to stakeholders
- Analyze trends and identify gaps in customer care operations, recommending corrective actions
- Support the back‑office team with ad‑hoc data requests and dashboard creation
