What you'll do

• Be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers
• Manage Tier 2 calls and escalations, providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and other medical professionals in the US
• Process referrals and handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient queries and concerns, offering accurate and timely solutions
