About the role
Ensure accurate and timely posting of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in SAP, review pending GRNs, and coordinate with warehouse/material teams for reconciliation. Identify and resolve invoice/GRN discrepancies by coordinating with SAVW teams, finance, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. Prepare MIS reports, monitor departmental KPIs, identify deviations, support audits, and ensure compliance with QMS, ISO, EMS, EnMS, VDA 6.3, and OHSMS requirements.
