About the role
We are seeking a Senior FAST Engineer to lead the configuration, integration, and optimization of our FAST platform. This is a senior technical role for someone who can operate independently, set standards for configuration quality, mentor junior configuration analysts, and own the technical health of the FAST ecosystem end-to-end.
What you'll do
- FAST Configuration & Administration
- EDelivery Workflows: Design and configure electronic delivery workflows to streamline document distribution
- Integration & Solution Design
- Troubleshooting & Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex production issues spanning configuration, integrations, and data
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and design artifacts
