About the role
The role is responsible for leading a team that supports the firm's capital markets operations, including asset servicing, syndication deals tracking, and the processing of principal- and agent-driven activities. The team operates in a fast-paced environment and works closely with Finance, Treasury, Investment Operations, external agents, and counterparties.
What you'll do
- Perform and own asset servicing and the processing of principal activities such as drawdowns, paydowns, contract rollovers, and contract modifications per agent notices
- Book and reconcile syndication trades with third-party systems, and support the closers team in settlements with external participants
- Coordinate with the Treasury team to initiate wire requests and manage participations held externally
- Reconcile cash and positions across all funds and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for break resolution
- Well understanding deal workflow includes closing and other downstream processes
