About the role
Previous experience within the restaurant industry is essential. Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred but not required. Alcohol service certification or responsible beverage server training is a plus. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and presentation of drinks
- Greet customers at the bar, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Serve drinks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Provide outstanding customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
