About the role
PCS helps small businesses find and take the right credit. The Credit Outcome vertical is the heaviest part of PCS: it owns the journey from a business's intent to a successful credit outcome, measured by our north-star metric, % 1st Outcome. It spans several markets and combines market-focused product teams (Scaled Markets, New Markets, India) with horizontal teams (Sales Engine and Platform).
What you'll do
- Using advanced technology, all solutions are designed with SMEs in mind
- Work hand in hand with a dedicated Engineering Director, Design, Product Operations, Analytics and Commercial Heads
- Own the vertical's north star: set the strategy and roadmap to grow % 1st Outcome, balancing margin, efficiency and member experience
- Lead and grow product leaders: hire, coach and develop Product Leads and Senior PMs, giving each a self-contained area of the business to own
- Operating rhythm: run planning, OKRs and reviews that connect team work to vertical and company goals
