About the role
Tide is hiring a VP of Engineering to lead the engineering organisation behind Ongoing Monitoring. You will report directly to the Chief Data and Technology Officer. Ongoing Monitoring protects our members by detecting fraud, financial crime and regulatory risk across every transaction Tide processes.
What you'll do
- Using advanced technology, all solutions are designed with SMEs in mind
- Report directly to the Chief Data and Technology Officer
- Lead managers and senior engineers, and build the leadership bench underneath you
- Work with multiple stakeholders across risk, operations, business, design, product and engineering
- Own the Decision Engine and Decision Intelligence Platform as shared capabilities, unifying domestic and international payment flows
