Lead User Experience Designer - Healthcare

About the role

As a Lead Healthcare Experience Designer at Hyland, you'll significantly shape our healthcare portfolio spanning back office, payer, clinical, enterprise imaging, and radiology. You'll thrive in complex environments, proactively identify opportunities for greater product cohesion, and take initiative to build patterns and systems that scale across teams and products.

What you'll do

• Lead Product UX Designer – Healthcare
• Partner with senior leaders to shape platform direction, prioritize work, and align design decisions around short- and long-term outcomes
• Design scalable systems — creating patterns, workflows, and interaction models that hold up across teams, products, roles, and edge cases
• Design system fluency, with experience applying and extending component systems with strong judgment around consistency, scalability, and component use
