About the role
The Corporate Action Associate is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and end to end processing of corporate actions and dividend events across APAC and EMEA markets. The role ensures effective management of both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and Dividends adherence to market regulations, and strict compliance with internal controls, documented procedures, and service level agreements.
What you'll do
- Execute Dividends and Corporate Action events with accuracy, ensuring alignment with market announcements, client instructions, and internal procedures
- Coordinate with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve breaks, discrepancies, and information gaps efficiently
- Deliver all activities within defined SLAs, market cut offs, and regulatory deadlines to maintain service excellence
- Maintain complete and accurate event records across relevant systems and databases
- Provide timely, professional responses to internal and external corporate action queries
