About the role
The HCM Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end analysis, configuration, technical design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across the organisation. The role partners with stakeholders to understand business strategy, processes, pain points and requirements, and translates these needs into secure, scalable and supportable solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership for the Oracle Cloud HCM roadmap, ensuring solutions align with People strategy, enterprise architecture
- Analyse business strategy, processes, services and roadmaps, and translate business needs into practical HCM solution options that clearly identify assumptions
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes through Oracle platform capabilities, integrations, reporting, digital assistants and approved AI features
- Build a sustainable technical capability through reusable design standards, documentation, knowledge transfer and effective vendor management
