About the role
The Head of Transformation is responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders across MUFG Corporate Markets globally to identify, shape and drive transformation initiatives that advance the global business strategy and align to the broader technology operating model.
What you'll do
- Ensure transformation opportunities consider process, technology, data, AI, automation, operating model and capability levers
- Lead portfolio governance to ensure effective prioritisation, sequencing, resource allocation and decision-making across transformation initiatives
- Develop fit-for-purpose governance, delivery frameworks and reporting standards that support consistent execution across global markets and business lines
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting alignment on transformation priorities, trade-offs, delivery risks and business impacts
- Lead change through influence, ensuring transformation initiatives are understood, adopted and embedded across impacted teams and global markets
