Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

You'll own features start to finish: the design discussion, the code, and then watching real users use it. The work moves around a lot. Some weeks you're deep in the AI side of the product; other weeks you're modeling a new part of the patient record or hammering out simplified billing workflows. We expect you to use AI to write code.

What you'll do

• Build the EHR: Create features and systems that superpower our practitioners to do their best work as well as enable the platform to scale
• Take a problem from idea to production - we ship continuously and every day
• Use AI to get more done, and help us get better at building this way
• Keep the codebase healthy. Refactor, fix, and care about reliability; people's healthcare runs on this
