Application Engineer (Formulation Applications & Integrations)

About the role

The role configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves commercial formulation software and its integrations with enterprise resource planning, manufacturing, and data platforms. It supports reliable application operation and global project delivery, including ERP implementations, formulation-system modernization, cloud migration, and integration with nutritional labeling tools.

What you'll do

• APPLICATION OWNERSHIP & LIFECYCLE: Owns day-to-day technical operation of assigned formulation applications
• Maintains service health and supports business value through incident, request, and problem management; application configuration and release coordination
• Provides application and integration support for associated product and nutritional labeling tools as needed
• APPLICATION ENGINEERING & CONFIGURATION: Performs hands-on application configuration, maintenance, testing, and controlled deployment of changes
• Uses code or scripting where appropriate to troubleshoot, automate, or improve application processes, following sound engineering, version-control, testing
