About the role
As an Advisor, Operations Lead within the Digital Workplace team, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for the operational health, governance, and continuous improvement of Cargill's endpoint and collaboration environment.
What you'll do
- Own and improve Digital Workplace operations, covering device lifecycle, provisioning, depot management, endpoint governance, and collaboration platforms
- Track KPIs and SLAs, identify risks, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams
- Maintain standardized procedures and act as an escalation point, ensuring timely, accountable resolution of complex operational issues across stakeholders
- Support governance of the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint permissions, OneDrive, Teams lifecycle, and security groups
- Collaborate with Security and IAM teams to ensure data protection and access control
