Poultry Nutrition Specialist

About the role

You will also provide analytical and advisory services to R&D, production, and commercial teams on key poultry nutritional considerations. You should be able to learn and adopt Cargill’s nutrition system and apply it in your feed formulations for precise nutrition.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support and feed formulations to poultry producers and feed mills for precise nutrition, feeding programs (broilers, layers, breeders)
• Formulate and optimize poultry feed formulation based on raw material quality, nutrient specifications, cost targets, and production goals
• Monitor and evaluate feed quality, ingredient variability, and nutritional consistency to ensure feed meet required nutrient specifications and bird performance standards
• Analyse performance data (FCR, body weight gain, egg production, mortality, etc.) and recommend nutritional interventions to address production challenges
• Maintain and update nutritional databases (ingredients, feed formulations, nutrient matrices) using laboratory data and industry benchmarks
