About the role

The role converts cost, market, customer, portfolio and value signals into disciplined pricing decisions that improve sustainable margin per metric ton and total material margin.

What you'll do

• Act as strategic pricing partner and constructive challenger to the Managing Director, commercial leadership and cross-functional leaders
• Own and continuously improve the India pricing operating system, including pricing committee routines, Price Build, pricing governance, decision records
• Define and govern price-realization, discount, rebate, promotion and exception frameworks, ensuring differentiated pricing is intentional
• Drive local adoption and business use of enterprise pricing capabilities, including Price Build, Customer Profitability, PriceFX and scalable analytics
