About the role
The Senior Team Manager - Product Costing job sets goals and objectives for the team to achieve results related to product costing process governance, cost analysis, and stakeholder partnership across the region. This job leads the team in analyzing cost data and developing recommendations that help business leaders understand cost drivers and make informed decisions.
What you'll do
- PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION: Leads the team in applying product costing policies, standards, and processes consistently across the region
- Partners with process owners to clarify responsibilities, address process gaps, and implement improvements to end-to-end costing processes
- Aligns stakeholders on costing priorities, business impacts, and decisions, including the resolution of significant issues arising during month-end close
- Partners with process owners and FinOps to address gaps identified through audits and reviews
- Communicates insights and recommendations to business leaders and follows up with stakeholders on resulting actions
