About the role
Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams. Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations within defined TATs. Support digital ordering/CRM platforms and assist customers with order-related issues. Coordinate deliveries, order diversions, accompaniments and stock-related activities.
What you'll do
- Process and track customer orders accurately from booking to final delivery
- Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams
