What you'll do
- Develop, implement and manage soft facility management services across the manufacturing plant, offices and associated facilities
- Ensure all soft services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage and coordinate all soft services including Housekeeping, Security, Landscaping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Food & Canteen Services, Creche
- Ensure a clean, safe, hygienic and well-maintained environment across the manufacturing plant, office areas, common areas and external premises
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client/user departments for all soft service-related matters
