About the role
Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements against the global SAP S/4HANA template by conducting local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of Deputy/Hub Process Owners. Drive the adaptation and harmonization of end-to-end business processes, including process modelling, to align with FIT4 standardization objectives, while coordinating with entity business experts on preparatory activities such as data cleansing.

- Drive the adaptation and harmonization of end-to-end business processes, including process modelling, to align with FIT4 standardization objectives
- Develop and maintain process maps and business process models to document and communicate the adapted business processes
- Define, plan, and execute cutover activities, with a focus on data migration, role setup, and business readiness to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA
- Design, own, and execute functional end-to-end test scenarios and test cases to validate business processes within the SAP S/4HANA solution
