What you'll do
- Own the technical vision and architecture of the global loyalty platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across systems
- Design and implement loyalty solutions for: B2B: rebates, bonus schemes, tier programs, contract-based incentives
- Translate business needs into technical epics, features, and user stories, with strong focus on APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Define end-to-end system flows (frontend & backend) for loyalty journeys (accrual, redemption, settlement, engagement)
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, e-commerce, pricing engines, and order management systems
