About the role
The role works closely with VIS-I, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to convert business requirements into impactful training materials that support ongoing transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design and develop learning content (e-learning, videos, job aids, exercises, FAQs, quick guides) for S/4HANA and other IT solutions
- Translate business and process requirements into learning objectives and structured training concepts in collaboration with the Training Lead, IT
- Create and maintain learning content and training materials such as end user learning courses, e‑learning modules, videos, interactive exercises
