What you'll do
- Work with customer IT and functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD) to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to define APIs, data mappings, and integration standards reusable across customers
- Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects - from technical scoping through UAT and go-live - for enterprise onboarding
- Document technical designs, integration flows, and troubleshooting runbooks for internal and customer reference
