Product Analyst 1

About the role

You will work across both products . You'll be the person the pod relies on to understand what's happening in the business, why it's happening, and what we should do about it. Both products are entering an aggressive growth phase. Your analysis will directly shape what we build, who we sell to, and how we price.

What you'll do

• Own the metrics for Payouts
• Define, build, and maintain the core metrics for Payouts, including volumes, revenue, merchant activation, retention, success rates, and API performance
• Make these the single source of truth for the pod
• Find growth levers. Dig into merchant behaviour, usage patterns, churn, and cross-sell signals to identify where revenue is being left on the table. Turn those findings…
• Size opportunities and measure impact. Build business cases for new features, pricing changes, and segments. After launch, measure whether they actually worked
