About the role
You own the plan and the technical programmes for a payments instrument. You decide the OKRs and priority of business tasks, new partners, mandates and platform work, and you make sure each initiative lands on time and desired specs. You run the team with its EM and staff engineer, who own how it is built, how it performs (technical SR, latency, uptime) and all technical work with partners.
What you'll do
- Align them with the EM's technical OKRs so the two add up to one plan
- Own the outcome, not just the tracking
- Meet partner business teams, such as NPCI forums and bank product heads, alongside Alliances
- Build the programme and cost case for adding or dropping a partner
- Make integrations succeed after go-live: adoption, pilot results and cost targets
