About the role
As a Technical Solution Engineer (Level 2) at Cashfree, you are the bridge between our L1/L2 support teams and Engineering, turning complex merchant issues into clear, actionable fixes. You own complex technical issues and engineering bugs through to resolution within defined SLAs, and you work as part of engineering sprints to build internal tools and product features that feed into the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Build custom solutions, APIs and dashboards for internal and external teams to improve how we operate
- Act as the technical expert for Engineering, Sales and Customer teams to resolve technical challenges
- Be the voice of developers and merchants, and help shape the product roadmap to improve their experience
