About the role
The Implementation Project Manager sits within Cassini’s Client Services team and is responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects from project kickoff through go-live and hypercare. The role requires a highly organized, client-focused professional with experience managing software implementations, technology transformation initiatives, or financial services projects.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end client implementation projects from handover by Sales through successful completion of the hypercare phase
- Chair project handover sessions and ensure scope, commitments, stakeholders, and timelines are clearly documented
- Plan and lead client project kickoffs
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, task trackers, development trackers, and RACI matrices
- Coordinate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure environments and project resources are provisioned on time
