About the role
Maintain Accounts Receivable master roll forward with expenses, cash receipts, and accurate customer coding Reconcile monthly to general ledger & expense schedules to ensure accurate reporting of customer receivables Assist with billing and collections processes and coordinate with Operations, Asset Management, & Accounting to ensure timely recovery to the management company
What you'll do
- Maintain Accounts Receivable master roll forward with expenses, cash receipts, and accurate customer coding
- Reconcile monthly to general ledger & expense schedules to ensure accurate reporting of customer receivables
- Assist with billing and collections processes and coordinate with Operations, Asset Management, & Accounting to ensure timely recovery to the management company
- Research and resolve ad hoc queries related to customer outstanding balances
- Process cash transfers in wire system related to Accounts Receivable transactions
