About the role
Job Objective Performs a variety of moderate to difficult CADD drafting assignments in the transportation sector using the Microstation application under limited to moderate supervision, and in accordance with the firm, client, and/or industry standards and procedures.
What you'll do
- Prepares near complete sets of engineering and construction drawings related to transportation infrastructure which may include multiple views, detail drawings
- Preparation of Utility drawings such as utility corridor layouts, protection details, utility cross sections and NOC drawings
- Performs basic discipline related design tasks as directed
- Performs related CADD/technical support tasks such as plotting drawings, assembling drawing packages, preparing transmittals, preparing overnight packages
- Supports field assignments as required
