About the role
As Head of OM, you will architect and lead this offering across multiple states and union ministries—building solutions, playbooks, and partnerships that deliver timely, actionable, and policy-relevant insights.
What you'll do
- Strategy, Solution Design & Productization
- Define the OM 2.0 product stack (blueprints, pillar playbooks, evaluation templates, data contracts, governance models) and ensure they are innovative, practical
- Translate reform intents into measurement architectures with a theory of change, data flows, and a review framework
- Co-create learning agendas with state counterparts to prioritize quick wins and set up durable institutional reforms
- Build and manage a portfolio of projects that are complementary and mutually reinforcing, creating synergies across thematic areas
