About the role
The KCM team at CEGIS functions as an organisational enablement unit focused on transforming implementation experience, research insights, and operational learning into reusable organisational intelligence. The team works across state engagements, solution teams, leadership, and other enabling functions to ensure that institutional learnings are captured, curated, codified, and translated into high-quality knowledge outputs and products.
What you'll do
- A. Knowledge Systems and Documentation
- Identify, capture, and organise implementation learnings, process insights, and institutional knowledge assets
- Maintain and strengthen knowledge repositories, indexing structures, and retrieval processes on internal knowledge platform and digital repositories
- Support version management, archival systems, and documentation governance practices
