About the role
The Project & Maintenance Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading and executing capital projects, process reliability improvements, maintenance optimization initiatives, and equipment performance enhancement programs. The role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets through project management, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance development, and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll do
- Manage site capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects from concept to commissioning.Identify and develop project opportunities based on business needs
- Equipment & Process Reliability Improvement1.Downtime analysis (Major and Chronic issues)2.Develop solutions, consult with CE regional/global resources
