About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, IT Solutions, with a focus on ServiceNow CMDB Administration. This role will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements
- Work with various IT teams to understand their CMDB needs and contribute to the development and delivery of IT solutions
- Respond to system problems by analyzing the issue, identifying root causes and determining the next course of action
- Participate in various IT projects as required
