Engineering Manager - Quality

What you'll do

• Own the Quality Governance capability, defining enterprise quality standards, managing release quality gates
• Define and own enterprise quality standards and QA methodologies across engineering teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
• Manage release quality gates, governing entry and exit criteria so releases meet defined quality and business requirements before go-live
• Track and analyze defect metrics and quality analytics using tools such as TestRail to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Own release management from a quality perspective, ensuring quality sign-off and release readiness across releases
